DYEING

Creating color in your textile fabrics

When hiring our services, deliver your fabrics in order to be developed. We present you several options to fit with our dyeing services, offering color and texture within stipulated time limits.

Production

Textile products must be carefully prepared before starting its dyeing process, undergoing an initial preparation or pre-treatment to eliminate all impurities of the substrate (fabric), such as: waxes, natural pectins, lubricating oils, paraffins, gums, among others. These impurities can be both natural and artificial. In the latter case, the threads are added when the fabrics undergo the weaving process.

The fabrics get to the dyeing as raw, being submitted to both chemical and physical processes depending on the fiber type and the type of final product to be obtained.

In this process occurs a physical-chemical modification of the substrate so that the reflected light causes color perception.

Products that cause these changes are called dyes. Dyes are organic compounds capable of coloring textile or non-textile substrate, so that the color is relatively light and robust to wet procedures.

Prototype

When initiating production, we execute prototypes in order to assess the client’s needs, as well as determining the correct option for each dyeing procedure.

Dyeing is a chemical color modification of the textile fabrics by applying colored substances and a solution or dispersion, a process that varies from item to item because every textile fiber is subject to specific dyes.
